1 pound semisweet chocolate chips, chopped
6 Tablespoons Dutch processed Cocoa powder
6 Tablespoons boiling water
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1/2 cup Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and stir until smooth. Let cool to room temperature or about 20 to 30 minutes. Meanwhile, dissolve cocoa in the boiling water. Let cool. In a large bowl beat the butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until fluffy. Add in the melted chocolate and beat on low speed until combined, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Beat in the cocoa mixture. Frost as usual.
