4 lbs yukon gold potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 pt. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. Slice potatoes very thin. Grease baking dish. Place half of the potatoes in dish. Sprinkle garlic and parsley over this half of the potatoes. Place rest of potatoes in dish. Pour cream evenly over potatoes. Bake at 325 for about 1 hour and let them rest for around 20 minutes before serving.
