2 sticks margarine, melted
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (3.4 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
orange flavoring
red and yellow food coloring

Directions:

Mix the first 3 ingredients together. Pat into the bottom of a 9 x 13in.pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min.or until lightly browned. Let cool. Next, mix the powdered sugar and softened cream cheese, then stir in the containers of Cool Whip. Add 1/2 of this mixture on top of the crust. Set the the other 1/2 aside. Next, mix the 2 vanilla puddings with 3 cups of milk and add 1 tsp. orange flavoring and 12 drops yellow food coloring and 9 drops red food coloring, then mix well and pour in pan. Add the Cool Whip mixture on top and sprinkle a few chopped pecans on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
