1 quart cream
1 pint milk
3 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 gallon soft peaches

Directions:
Make a boiled custard of cream, milk, eggs and sugar. Cool and add peaches mashed and sweetened well. Freeze in a 1 gallon ice cream freezer.
