SHEPHERD’S PIE

Get: Knorr brand packet of GOULASH BEEF STEW

Ingredients:

1 lb Ground beef
1 Small onion, chopped
1 package (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1 package Knorr Goulash (Beef stew recipe mix
2 Cups of water
3 Cups hot mashed potatoes


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 2 ½ quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
Brown ground beef with onion in large skillet and stir in peas and carrots, mix in Goulash recipe mix and water; bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Spoon into casserole.
Spread potatoes on beef mixture.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden
