for wraps:

4 heads Romaine lettuce leaves
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
2 lbs. of ground sausage or spicy Italian pork
1/4 head purple cabbage
1/2 head cabbage

for spicy sauce:

1 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp. dark sesame oil
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 crushed red chili pepper
1/3 c. soy sauce

For wraps:

Heat oil in skillet and add meat. Break in to small bits and cook thoroughly. Chop cabbage and purple cabbage thinly then add to cooked meat. Stir and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Turn of heat and cover with lid. Wash lettuce leaves and serve with meat and cabbage to be wrapped in.

For sauce:

Bring all ingredients to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Use to dip or pour inside wrap.
