Corned beef
1 garlic clove
1 cup brown sugar
1 T white vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 T flour
1 can Ginger Ale
1 can pineapple slices.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil corned beef on stove with a garlic clove on simmer for 2-3 hours until tender. Score fat and put into a baking dish. Pour in Ginger Ale and place pineapple slices on the bottom of the dish. Cover corned beef with a mixture of brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, flour, juice from pineapple slices. Cook another 20 minutes in 325º oven.
