1 Small Vanilla Pudding (Cooked Type)
1 1/2 c. Reserved Pineapple, Mandarin Orange and Chunky Fruit Juice

1 Large Can Pineapple Chunks, drain and reserve juice
2 Large Cans Libby Chunky Fruit, drain and reserve juice
1 Can Mandarin Oranges, drain and reserve juice
3 Bananas, sliced
1 C. Strawberries, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook reserved fruit juice and vanilla pudding until thickened. Cool. (It doesn't have to cool completely.) In bowl, mix canned fruit. Add dressing and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until cold. Before serving, add bananas and strawberries.

This is a great winter fruit salad because you can use canned fruit, and it tastes delicious.
