2 brownie boxes
6 cups vanilla ice cream softened
1/2 package of Oreo's (crushed)
8 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1 can condensed milk
1 cup to 1-1/2cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1 Bake 2 brownies in round 9 in. greased wax papered pan according to the directions.
2. Soften ice cream to stir in Oreo pieces.
3. Once brownies are done, let cool. Place ice cream on one and place in the freezer.
4. Once other brownie is cooled, take the other out of the freezer. Place on top of large plate to remove from pan. Remove wax paper. Then, turn over on a serving dish. Place the other brownie on top and remove the wax paper. Then place in freezer.
5 In a saucepan, place milk, and chips until melted. Then, remove from heat and add sugar until smooth.
6. Once served, frosting may be added.
