1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Package Taco Seasoning Mix
1 Can Mild Chili Beans, drained (optional)
1 Red Pepper, diced
1 Yellow Pepper, diced
1 Orange Pepper, diced
1 Bunch Green Onions, chopped
1/2 cup White or Yellow Onion, finely diced
4 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
1 Can Black Olives
1 Bag Doritos, crushed
2 or 3 Cups Shredded Cheese
Salsa
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and finely shred lettuce. Brown ground beef, drain and add taco seasoning mix according to package directions. Cool to room temperature. Add all chopped vegetables to lettuce. Add beef and beans to lettuce. Mix in crushed chips and cheese to taste. Serve with salsa and sour cream. Eat immediately.
