1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons Bourbon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cool, whisking constantly for 5 minutes. Stir in the cream and the sugar and cook, whisking constantly for 3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in Bourbon, vanilla and nutmeg. Cook, whisking constantly for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
