1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons Real butter, softened
1/2 cup hot caramel sauce
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and butter. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. Pour a little over 1/2 cup of caramel sauce (from the jar kind sold with baking goods) into a glass bowl and microwave in 20 second increments, stirring and checking after each 20 seconds until warmed sufficiently. Add this caramel sauce to the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
