1 lb. loaf of white bread
1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
12 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup (plus additional for serving)

Assemble the night before in the morning pop it in the over while you relax with family

Grease 13x9 inch baking dish

Cut 1lb loaf of white sandwich bread (I use Pepperidge farm white bread - I cube the day before)

Spread half the bread in prepared pan

Cut 1 pkg (8) oz cream cheese into small cubes and sprinkle over bread in pan

Repeat layering with remaining bread and cream cheese. Whisk 12 eggs, 1 ½ cups milk and 1/3 cup pure maple syrup in large bowl. Pour over bread cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat over to 350º. Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean, and top is golden brown. Let stand for 15 minutes. Serve warm with additional maple syrup.
