12 medium cucumbers (15 cups) – Seeded and chopped
4 onions - chopped
1 large red pepper - chopped
1 head cauliflower – chopped small

Sauce:
4 c.white sugar
4 c. white vinegar
1 c. flour
¼ c. dry mustard
1 ½ tbsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Soak vegetables in ¾ cup Kosher Salt and cold water, cover with ice and let set for 2 hours, drain.

Heat in pot 3 cups sugar and 3 cups vinegar, just until hot.

Whisk together 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup vinegar, turmeric, celery seed, mustard, make sure there are no lumps.

Add to pot containing hot sugar and vinegar, add vegetables. Bring to boil. Slight boil for crunchy, good boil for softer. Bottle immediately.

Recipe makes 10 1 pint jars.
