3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 c. buttermilk
3 c. flour (whole wheat)
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. bran
1 c. boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, oil, buttermilk. Add bran. Let sit. Add remaining ingredients, and lastly add the boiling water.
Bake at 370º for 20 minutes.
