1 large head of broccoli
sliced mushrooms
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
grated cheese
bread crumbs

Directions:
In microwave-safe bowl. 1 large head of broccoli. ½ cup of water. Microwave for 7-9 minutes until fork tender. Slot out broccoli into casserole dish. In microwave dish slice mushrooms. Add 2 ½ tbsp. of butter. Microwave for 3 minutes. Slot out over broccoli. In remaining dish and butter, add 3 tbsp of flour and whisk. Add 1 ½ cup of milk. Microwave 1 minute, whisk. Another minute and whisk until semi-thick. Pour over broccoli and mushroom. Top with grated cheese, bread crumbs. Bake at 350º until bubbly. Can be made a day ahead.
