2 pkg chopped broccoli (cooked & well drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp grated onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Cheese nips (crushed for topping)

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350º.
In a mixing bowl, add grated cheese to warm, drained broccoli. Add other ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased casserole dish and top with crushed cheese crackers. For family gatherings, I double the recipe. Bake 30-45 minutes.
