2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
Approximately 6 tart apples, cored & sliced
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and salt. Cut in butter to crumb consistency. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture for topping. Press the remainder of the crumbs into a 9" deep dish pie pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Stir together sliced apples and cinnamon/sugar mixture. Pour into pie crust and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes.
