1 1/2 lbs. chicken, shredded
1 can (15 oz) whole tomatoes, can also use diced
2 cans (10 oz) enchilada sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen corn
1 tbsp. dried cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
