Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 - 1 oz. squares of white chocolate (or 3/4 c. chips)
3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
1 - 1/2 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. coconut extract (or vanilla)
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 9x13 pan by lining it with a piece of foil large enough to flap over the sides. Spray the foil-lined pan with non stick cooking spray. Microwave the chips and butter for one minute. Stir. Repeat if not all melted. Stir the sugar into the chip mixture. If the mixture isn't too hot, add the eggs. If it is too hot it will cook the eggs so you will have to wait a little bit then add them. Mix in the coconut extract. Add the flour and stir just until moistened. Put the pecans, nuts, coconut and white chips in a food processor. Mix the chopped ingredients, give a final stir and spread the batter out in your prepared pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool the brownies in the pan on a rack. When thoroughly cool, grasp the edges of the foil and lift out of the pan. Put them facedown on a cutting board, peel the foil off and cut them into squares. Place the squares on a plate and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
