Cake:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1/2 cup warm milk
2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
optional- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest



Crumb Topping:
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup regular oatmeal
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix sugar, butter and egg until dissolved then stir in milk. Add remaining dry ingredients and fold in blueberries last. Place in a greased 8x8 baking pan and top with the crumb mixture. Bake 45-60 minutes. Note-room temperature blueberries will help decrease baking time.
