3 c. water in a sauce pan bring to a boil add salt and 1 Tblsp. butter then add 3 c. of mac. cook til mac. is soft drain water turn your stove eye on low as you add 1/4 c. milk then add 1/2 lb. of cheese stir until mixed good salt & pepper to taste then its ready to serve
