Directions:
Take head of fresh cabbage, grate cabbage the old fashion way and I am so ill I could kill anybody who walks in the door after grating it wears you out, add salt, pepper, celery salt, grate celery, cut up green peppers dice size, grate carrotts, add mayo, vingar mix together and season to your taste. Also you can add onion to kick it up a bit. By this time I am so tired of grating I don't care what it taste like and my kids say Mom buy the bag already grated but I don't think it is as good. Thats just me though.
