1 stick butter
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 c. Flour
2/3 c. Milk
1-2 c. Fresh Fruit (or 1 can prepared fruit)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and melt stick of butter in a large casserole dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, baking powder, flour and the milk. Pour into casserole dish. Spread the can of pie fruit over the batter. Do not stir the fruit. Bake for 45 minutes
