1 c. Sugar
1 (12 oz.) can Evaporated Milk

1/8 tsp. Almond Extract
1 tsp. Brandy or Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peaches and sugar, let stand for 1 hour. Process peaches in a food processor until smooth. Use enough peaches to make 5 cups of puree, add more sugar as needed.
In another bowl combine the evaporated milk, and pudding mix, then add the peach puree, condensed milk and half and half. Stir in flavorings. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze until somewhat firm. This ice cream is so rich it will never completely freeze in the ice cream freezer. Transfer to a plastic container with a lid and freeze in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Makes two quarts.
