3 c. Sweet Potatoes (cooked and mashed)
1 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 stick Margarine
1/2 c. Milk
2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
1 tsp. Vanilla
TOPPING
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Pecans (chopped)
1/2 c. Flour
1/2 stick Margarine
1-2 c. Marshmellows
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the casserole ingredients and place in a casserole dish.

Combine all the topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole.

Bake at 300º for 30 minutes
