1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing Mix
1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Dressing Mix
1 large Onion (diced)
2 stalks Celery, (diced)
3 Eggs
1 can Chicken Broth (as needed)
1 pt of small Oysters
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Place the onion and celery in a small sauce pan with a little water and cook until tender. Set aside.

Drain and rinse oysters, look for bits of shell. Pat dry and set aside.

Combine the two packages of dressing mix, the onion and celery with their cooking liquid, eggs and enough broth to moisten. Add oysters.
Coat a shallow baking pan with nonstick spray and pat out the dressing. Add a small amount of broth if needed.

Bake at 350 until brown on top (about 30 minutes).
