2 cups chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dillweed
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. butter
12 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter. Add mushrooms, dill, 1/2 cup water, soy sauce and salt, simmer 15 minutes. In a saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp. butter, stir in flour and mix until blended. Add milk and stir until thickened. Add mushroom mixture and the remaining water. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and sour cream.
