2 packages cream cheese (8 oz)
½ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla
2 eggs
½ cup canned pumpkin
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon, dash of nutmeg(to taste)
Either a 6oz or 9inch graham cracker crust.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar vanilla on medium speed until blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Stir pumpkin and spices into 1 cup of the batter an then pour the remaining batter in to the pie crust. Finally put the pumpkin mix on top of the batter and bake at 350 for approximately 40 minutes or until center is set. Refrigerate overnight. Top with whip cream!
