1 qt. milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa (more if desired)
3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa and sugar. Add to milk. Heat on medium heat to scalking state. Mix cornstarch and cold water until smooth and add to scalded milk, stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Great over homemade biscuits!
