1-1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Canola oil for deep frying
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine milk, eggs, and brown sugar. Then add flour, powder, and salt until smooth.
2. Place the oil in a large pan and heat oil to about 400º.
3. Pour 1/2 cup in a spiral shape, but touching each other. Let each side bake for 2 minutes. Then, remove and place on a plate covered with a paper towel to drain the oil. Then, place on your serving plate and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
4. Now, repeat these steps until the batter runs out.
