1 White Cake Mix
I pkg Red Jello
Coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix white cake mix as per instructions on box and bake in a 9 X13 rectangle pan
When cooled, cut in squares
Mix jello as per pkg instructions and let partially set
Role squares in jello
Roll in coconut.

These are squares mom used to make when we were children. We loved them. Mom usually baked on Thursdays and this was a real treat after school.
