3 T. honey
1 ½ T. rice wine vinegar
¼ c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. sesame oil
Salad:
3 c chopped romaine lettuce
1c chopped red cabbage
1 c chopped Napa cabbage
½ carrot, julienned or shredded
1 green onion chopped
1 T sliced almonds
1/3 c crispy chow mein noodles
3 hot crispy fried chicken tenders (baked from prepared frozen, or fresh from deli)

Directions:

Blend together all ingredients for dressing in a small bowl with an electric mixer. Put dressing in refrigerator to chill while you prepare the salad.

Prepare salad by tossing the chopped lettuce, romaine, and carrots. Sprinkle green onion on top of lettuce.
Toast almonds in a small skillet over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or until light brown. Sprinkle toasted almonds over the salad, then add the chowmein noodles.
Cut the chicken into small bite-sized chunks. Place the chicken onto the salad forming a pile in the middle. Serve with salad dressing on the side.

This is a quick, easy, delicious salad that resembles Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad.
Time saver: open a bag of lettuce, top with chicken from fast food restaurant, serve with dressing.
