1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 -14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts of your choice

Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray 13 x 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix well. Press crumb mixture into the bottom of prepared pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crumb mixture. Layer evenly with remaining ingredients; press down firmly with your hand. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Loosen from sides of pan while still warm; cool on wire rack. Cut into bars. Yield: 2 dozen bars.

Tip: I find that if you want to have perfectly cut cookie bars or brownies, it works best if you line the entire pan with foil, extending foil over the edges of the pan. Coat lightly with cooking spray. After the bars have baked and have completely cooled, lift up the bars by the edges of the foil and slowly remove from the pan. Now they can be cut nicely into individual bars.
