2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1 can (6 oz) sliced mushrooms (undrained)
1 envelope Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
⅔ cup water
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 lb. ground beef (I use 1¼ lb.)
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 pkg. (8 oz.) egg noodles
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ c dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. minced parsley

Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter. Stir in flour, add meat. Cook stirring till meat is browned. Stir in mushrooms, onion soup, water, vinegar and tomato paste. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Cook noodles, separately, drain. Melt butter with paprika, and add noodles. Stir gently.
Blend sour cream into meat mixture. Simmer 2 minutes to heat through. Serve over prepared noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
