1 lb. ground beef, 1 med. green pepper chopped, 1 med. onion chopped, 1 c. condensed Italian tomatoes soup undiluted, 1 jar sliced mushrooms drained, 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 pkg. (32 oz) frozen tater tots.

In a skillet cook the beef, pepper, onion until meat is no longer pink, drain. Add soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased 13 in. x 9 in. x 2 in. baking dish. Top with cheese and potatoes. Bake uncovered at 400º for 30 - 35 min. or until golden brown.
