2 large package broccoli
1 med onion
1tsp. salt

1lb Valletta cheese
1 large can chicken broth
2T corn starch
1/4 c water
milk

Directions:
Directions:
cook broccoli, onions and salt until good and tender.
Drain really good then put back in pan over low heat add cheese, chicken broth, milk. Stir in corn starch and water to make a thickening. Put in whit cheese mixtures and let thickening and make sure all cheese melts.

I hope this is the right measurements. Play with the milk to make it how thick you want. This is one of the favorite soups for the winter birthdays or game night.
