3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated apples

Directions:
Cream together butter, eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top while it is still hot. Serve with whipped cream.
