1 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
2/3 cup and 2/3 cup brown sugar, divided
1/3 and 1 cup flour, divided
1/2 chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts)
6 tbsp. and 1/2 cup butter, divided
1/2 tsp. and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, divided
1/2 tsp. and 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
1 can of condensed milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 cup peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add oatmeal, brown sugar, nuts, flour, 6 tbsp. soft butter, soda, and salt.
2. Mix until well combined. Use an 8" greased pan and pat mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan.
3. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
4. Using a saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate and 1/2 cup butter. Stir until smooth.
5. Remove from heat and add sugar, milk, vanilla, egg, 1 Then stir in peanuts. cup flour, soda and salt until smooth.
6. Pour on top of baked layer and bake for 30-35 minutes.
