Ingredients:  
1 large pack of yellow rice cooked according to the direction which requires margarine. 2 cans fiesta corn (corn with peppers), 1 stick margarine-melted, 8 oz. shredded cheese, and 1 can cream of chicken soup.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together reserve a little cheese for the top. Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook at 350º until bubbly.
