2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk (or soured milk)
2 c. grated zucchini
1 - 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine, oil and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Blend in vanilla. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, mix well. Fold in zucchini and walnuts. Spread into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350ºF for 30-45 minutes.
