1 pkg. (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix, 1 1/2 c, sour cream, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 can (8oz) water chestnuts- chopped, 3 chopped green onions.

Thaw 1 pkg. (10oz) frozen chopped spinach and squeeze dry. Stir 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 c. mayonnaise until well blended. Stir in spinach, 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts-chopped and 3 chopped green onions. Cover and chill 2 hours.
