1 c. butter, softened
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick oats
2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, cream the sugars with the butter. Add vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to the bowl and stir until mixed evenly. Finally, add the oats and the chocolate chips and stir. Spoon onto baking sheet, spread apart evenly, and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool about 2 minutes on the pan. Remove from pan and place on aluminum foil until cool.
