1 lg. coffee mug
4 tbsp. flour (not self-rising)
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. chocolate chips (optional)
dash of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well. Add egg, mix well. Add milk & oil, mix well. Add chocolate chips and vanilla, mix well. Put mug in microwave and cook 3 to 5 minutes at 1000 watts, check for doneness. The cake will rise over the top, that's OK. Allow to cool, tip out, or eat from mug. Frost if you want. Makes enough for 2 if you want to share.
