Ingredients:
6 eggs
6 slices Canadian bacon
6 slices American cheese
6 English muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Take a cleaned butter tub and spray with cooking spray. Break one egg into the tub and stir with a fork to break the yolk. Cover the butter tub with a napkin or paper towel and microwave for 30 to 45 seconds, until the egg is set. (Test your own microwave - they all cook differently). Toast two pieces of English muffin in the toaster. Put one slice of cheese, one slice of Canadian bacon and the cooked egg onto one half of the toasted muffin. (You can warm the muffin half with the cheese and bacon in the microwave before you add the cooked egg). Top with the second toasted muffin half. Enjoy.

Personal Notes:
I used to make these egg McMuffins for the kids occasionally before they went to school. They really don't take long to make and are really good.
Be sure you break and stir the egg before you cook in the microwave or the egg can explode! Depending on your microwave, you may have to cook the egg at 1/2 power. Experiment.
