chicken (skinless or skin)
1 egg
1/2 c. milk (or more)
flour
cracker crumbs
salt and pepper
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and drain. Salt and pepper chicken. You will have three bowls of mixture. In the first bowl add flower. In the second bowl beat an egg and add milk. In the third bowl put the cracker crumbs. Roll chicken in flour, then dip in egg and milk mixture, then roll chicken in cracker crumbs. Fry chicken in a skillet with deep oil.
