6 C. Flour
6 Egg yolks
1 lb Softened butter (4 sticks)
1 Envelope of yeast
1/4 C. Warm milk
1/2 Pint sour cream
2-3 tsp. Sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Microwave milk 1 minute at a time, checking to make sure the temperature is around 100-110º. Dissolve yeast into warm milk. Then mix with all the other ingredients. Let stand for 1hour; covered. Roll dough a little at a time. Cut into diamond shapes, or use a diamond shape cookie cutter. Add 1/2 tsp of fruit filling. Fold two corners together. Place on baking sheet. Bake 15min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
