For cake:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
3 oz. pkg instant lemon pudding mix
4 large eggs
3/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup vegetable Oil

For glaze:
3 cups confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
3 Tbsp melted butter
3 Tbsp water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease miniature muffin pans,. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil. Beat well. Fill the prepared muffin pans, using about 1 tablespoon of batter for each muffin. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cake springs back when touched.

For the glaze:
Mix the confectioner's sugar, orange juice, butter and water will smooth. Set aside.

Dip the "blossoms" in the glaze immediately after removing them from the oven. Drain on cooling rack.
