1 (18 oz.) chocolate cake mix
1 (12 oz.) can Diet Coke
1 egg

Preheat oven to temperature on cake mix box. Grease a 9x13 pan.
Combine cake mix and Diet Coke in a large mixing bowl. Mix according to directions on box.
Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake 5 minutes less than the recommended time on the box. Cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.

This is a low calorie, unbelievably moist cake!
I've also made it with a strawberry or white cake mix, a can of Diet Sprite and 3 egg whites.
It's delicious just as it is or you can "frost" the cake with a container of Cool Whip.
