8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup oil
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
8 cups Kelloggs Crispex cereal

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine chips and oil. Place in microwave until melted. Stir well.
2. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
3.With cereal in a large container, pour mixture over cereal. Shake.
4. Pour sugar on top and shake again.
5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
